The ZILRETTA Inventory Program was designed to address the financial and operational hurdles associated with the traditional buy-and-bill model so that you can focus on delivering care.

  • Get Started

    Contact your Pacira representative. They will set up a meeting with the FFF Enterprises team to walk your practice through the program, discuss the inventory management system requirements, and ensure the program meets your office’s needs.

  • Receive the Refrigerator

    Your practice receives a compact*, state-of-the-art refrigerator that accurately monitors and replenishes stock when needed, as well as manages expiration.

    • Reduces administrative burden and ordering complexity
    • Automates inventory management and replenishment
    • Allows you to spend less time on manual tracking and more time on patient care

  • Simplify Billing

    No upfront cost—you're only invoiced when a ZILRETTA kit is removed from the refrigerator. Prior to administration, be sure to verify your patient’s benefits using FlexForward.

    • Submit for reimbursement using the permanent J-code J33041
    • You will receive an invoice after a kit is removed from the refrigerator
    • Submit your payment to FFF Enterprises
